A 1. Confirm whether the wiring of the contactors coil control loop is reliable.
2. Confirm whether the positive and negative poles of the coil are reversed.
3. For products with auxiliary switches, confirm whether there is a phenomenon that the coil is reversed from the lead wire of the auxiliary switch.
4. Confirm whether the output power of the power supply meets the driving power of the contactor coil.
-
A 1. The power supply voltage is too high.
2. Poor coil manufacturing or due to mechanical damage, insulation damage, etc.
3.The ambient temperature is too high.
-
A Yes.
-
A 1. The sealed material and process are different, the sealed material of epoxy is epoxy, and the production requires a baking process.
The sealed material of ceramic products is technical ceramics, and laser brazing is required for production.
2. The filing gas inside the product is different, the epoxy product is filled with nitrogen, and the ceramic product is filled with hydrogen.
3. The return signal function of ceramic products is unstable and unreliable.

A Our product warranty period is one year from the date of goods acceptance. if the broken parts can't repair, we can send the new products to replace the broken parts, but you need to pay the express cost by yourself. if after the warranty period, we can through negotiation for solving the problems, and we supply the technical support for the whole life of the equipment.

It is also called a mirror contact and is used to reflect the state of the main contacts, such as open or closed.

At an altitude above 2000m, the air becomes thinner and is more likely to be broken down. Therefore, the dielectric withstand voltage will decrease, and the electrical durability will also be reduced. More margins should be left. The requirements for electrical clearances above 2000m will increase. Please refer to the standard GBT16935.1 for details. This coefficient can be used as a coefficient for reducing the dielectric withstand voltage.

Most DC contactors or relays are not designed to resist large impacts and vibrations. The impact received when a contactor drops from a tabletop to the ground is much greater than the impact and vibration parameters in the instruction manual, so it will cause the relay to become ineffective.
-
A
Yes. Because of the microscopic changes in the position of the internal movable parts, as well as changes in external factors such as temperature and voltage, the time will change.
-
A
The operating time will not change; the release time will become longer. Because when the coil is powered off, the coil will form a loop through the freewheeling diode, which reduces the rate at which the current in the coil decreases, thus making the release time longer.

According to the temperature coefficient of resistivity of copper wire (0.374%/℃), when the ambient temperature rises, the resistance value of the copper wire increases. When the voltage remains constant, the current passing through the coil decreases. However, the current required for the contactor to operate and release remains unchanged. Therefore, the corresponding operating and release voltages will increase. Conversely, when the ambient temperature decreases, the operating and release voltages also decrease.

Connecting two contactors in parallel can increase the current-carrying capacity, but it cannot improve the load-breaking capacity because the contacts of the two contactors cannot switch simultaneously.
-
A
When a capacitor is connected, its internal resistance is very small, almost like a short circuit. Therefore, there is a large inrush current (surge current) when connecting a capacitive load. The width is about 10μs - 30ms. The magnitude of this inrush current varies depending on the circuit. When this inrush current exceeds the capacity of the relay, the contacts may stick (if it is mild, tapping the contactor can make the contacts bounce back. The sticking point is a small melting point - a welding phenomenon). A contactor with AgSnO₂ contact material can be selected, or a pre-charging circuit can be added to the circuit.
-
A
No
, but it can be used to determine whether the contacts are conducting. The contact resistance value is too small (in the milliohm range). When measured with a multimeter, there
will be
a large error. The four-terminal measurement method should be used,
(
a constant current source
)
, and a voltmeter measures the voltage drop across the
two ends of
contact resistance
, then t
he contact resistance
can be
calculated according to Ohm's law.

The contact forms of the main contacts are divided into three types: point contact, line contact, and surface contact. For details, please refer to the following:
The contact forms of DC contactor contacts in the market are the two types shown in the figure above, namely point contact and surface contact.
The contact area of the contactor contacts refers to the "effective contact area". A large designed contact surface does not necessarily mean a large "effective contact area".

The polarity of the main contacts of the contactor is mainly achieved by adjusting the position of the permanent magnet. For details, please refer to the following:
