  • Q How to check the sound of no action of the product?

    A 1. Confirm whether the wiring of the contactors coil control loop is reliable.
    2. Confirm whether the positive and negative poles of the coil are reversed.
    3. For products with auxiliary switches, confirm whether there is a phenomenon that the coil is reversed from the lead wire of the auxiliary switch.
    4. Confirm whether the output power of the power supply meets the driving power of the contactor coil.
  • Q What are the causes of coil overheating or burning?

    A 1. The power supply voltage is too high.
    2. Poor coil manufacturing or due to mechanical damage, insulation damage, etc.
    3.The ambient temperature is too high.
  • Q ls the whole product series non-polarized?

    A Yes.
  • Q What is the difference between an epoxy contactor and a ceramic contactor?

    A 1. The sealed material and process are different, the sealed material of epoxy is epoxy, and the production requires a baking process.
    The sealed material of ceramic products is technical ceramics, and laser brazing is required for production.
    2. The filing gas inside the product is different, the epoxy product is filled with nitrogen, and the ceramic product is filled with hydrogen.
    3. The return signal function of ceramic products is unstable and unreliable.
  • Q What can you do if the product is broken?

    A Our product warranty period is one year from the date of goods acceptance. if the broken parts can't repair, we can send the new products to replace the broken parts, but you need to pay the express cost by yourself. if after the warranty period, we can through negotiation for solving the problems, and we supply the technical support for the whole life of the equipment.
  • Q Can the contactor be installed upside down? What is the impact on its use?

    A It can be installed upside down, no impact.
